What They Need From You

It will help us more quickly evaluate the claim if you provide:

• Policy Number
• Policyholder抯 full name and address
• Name and telephone number of someone to contact throughout the entire claims processing
• Any questions for the Claims Adjuster
• Brief description of the loss including:
  • When and what was damaged or lost
  • How safe the damaged property is now
  • Any Injuries related to the damage or loss
  • Whether you need temporary repairs
  • Whether you notified authorities such as police, fire department or ambulance.
